Taza medidora 300 ml
INGREDIENTES
1 Taza de Puré de Batata o Camote (2 pequeños)
1/4 de Taza de aceite vegetal
2 Cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
3/4 Taza de leche vegetal
1/2 Taza de azúcar mascabo
3 Cucharadas de cacao en polvo
2 Cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
1 1/2 Taza de Harina de avena
50 grs de nueces
50 grs de chocolate vegano
INGREDIENTES, Para la salsa de chocolate
1/4 Taza de Leche de avena
1/4 Chocolate vegano picado
3 Cucharadas de Azúcar glass

Ingredientes:
– 1 taza de harina de almendras
– 1/2 taza de harina de avena sin gluten

Instrucciones:
1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C y preparar una fuente para hornear cuadrada de 20 cm con papel de pergamino.
2. En un tazón grande, mezclar la harina de almendras, la harina de avena sin gluten, el cacao en polvo, el polvo de hornear y la sal.
3. Añadir el aceite de coco derretido, el edulcorante y la leche de almendras a la mezcla seca y mezclar hasta que estén completamente combinados.
4. Añadir el extracto de vainilla y mezclar de nuevo.
5. Verter la mezcla en la fuente para hornear preparada y extenderla uniformemente.
6. Hornear durante 25-30 minutos o hasta que un palillo salga limpio al insertarlo en el centro del brownie.
